Accounting Manager

1 Position

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting.

  • At least 10 years relevant experience in accounting field with minimum of 5 years at the managerial level

  • Strong accounting background with working knowledge of Thai Tax issue

  • Good command of English both written and spoken

  • High responsibility, self – motivated

  • Willing to work hard and work under pressure

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and can multi-task

  • Possess high motivational and leadership skills

  • Able to work in team and independently

  • Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage

Job Description

  • Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Cost Accounting, Inventory management and Revenue Recognition

  • Perform month/year end financial closing process, liaison with external auditor and Revenue Department

  • Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year, files semi-annual and annual corporate income tax.

  • Manage overall expense and payment activities of the Company

  • Establishes and develop internal controls and guidelines for accounting transaction and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

  • Preparation of government reporting requirements and tax filings

  • Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations

  • Other tasks assign by management

IT Technical Consultant Manager

1 Position

Qualification

  • Male

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in IT, Computer Science or any related fields.

  • Minimum 12 years experienced in Hardware, Software & Network.

  • Minimum 6 years experienced in management position.

  • Knowledge of Windows Server Family, Windows Workstation, SQL Server, Linux Technology.

  • Excellent problem analysis, Analytical thinking.

  • Strong technical skills.

  • Strong Leadership, multi-task, high responsibility, quick learning, self-confidence and work under high pressure.

  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

  • Good personality and service mind.

  • Good command in English should be advantage.

  • Able to travel upcountry and overseas (on occasions)

Job Description

  • Install/configurate SAP on HANA, SUSE Linux and SAP on SQL (both on Premise and Cloud server) to customers as required.

  • Install/configurate and/or upgrading to customers as required.

  • Lead the software implementation and troubleshooting technical issues during the process

  • Work with consultants in the team to provide support to clients to ensure smooth operations in the handing over process

  • Consult with clients and team members to provide directions and best practices

  • Maintenance support technical matter mainly after implementation as requested.

  • Ability to self-learn and technical savvy, find more new technologies update.

  • Investigate and test new Patch, summarize the effect on program, seek for solving methods and take action in timely manner.

  • Design and consult of network system installation, also maintain of network system and server for customers and internal use.

  • Conduct effective training session to further process departments with timely manner.

  • Provide knowledge sharing, productive feedback, and coaching to team members

  • Install and manage new system on cloud environment.

  • ประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 8 ปีในแอปพลิเคชัน ERP และการดำเนินโครงการและการสนับสนุนอย่างน้อย 10 โครงการ

  • ประสบการณ์ในการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการทางธุรกิจ การออกแบบกระบวนการทางธุรกิจ การออกแบบและกำหนดค่าระบบ ERP การทดสอบระบบ การย้ายข้อมูล การฝึกอบรมผู้ใช้ และการสนับสนุนที่ใช้งานจริง

  • มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี คิดวิเคราะห์ แก้ปัญหา และมีใจรักงานบริการ

  • ความสามารถในการใช้ฐานข้อมูลเชิงสัมพันธ์ (Microsoft SQL Server)

  • มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับภาษาโปรแกรมต่อไปนี้: C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Crystal Report, HTML5

  • มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ HTML, JavaScript, Java, Windows Application (WinAPP), Web Application ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

  • มีความรับผิดชอบสูงและมีแรงจูงใจในตนเอง
